Quality Assurance

Quality is our top priority. All products undergo quality control after each production step. We believe preventing failures is more important than solving them. All results are carefully documented.

Quality Assurance for Casting Blank

Quality control for casting blanks starts with reasonable pattern design. Engineers use software to simulate and determine the optimal position of the pouring gate and the appropriate number of vent outlets.

The second key point in quality assurance is inspecting the chemical composition of molten iron. The composition must strictly match the required ratio.

Pouring method and pouring speed also play critical roles in producing high‑quality casting blanks, and both are well controlled by our trained operators.

Quality inspection for casting blanks relies on a variety of non‑destructive and destructive tests, performed in‑house and/or at certified test laboratories:

(e.g., tensile testing, hardness testing, X-ray inspection, etc.)

Quality Assurance for Finished Casting

Advanced machining facilities form the foundation of our high-precision production. Skilled operators ensure the correct production process, and experienced inspectors verify that every finished product meets all quality requirements.

Quality inspections include:

In the final inspection, finished castings are checked for compliance with the specifications provided by the customer in the technical drawings. Each batch is metallurgically analyzed and dimensionally inspected, with all results documented. This guarantees the flawless quality of our casting components.
