More external factors need to be taken into account when machining cast parts than machining profiles. The main reason is the shrinkage ratio of cast blanks is different for different materials. With the same material and the same product, there will also be a difference in longitudinal or horizontal size after casting. Our experienced engineer will design the machining fixture accordingly. In addition, our machining workers can make a full range of adjustment to each cast blank as well, to ensure the cast tolerance is enough to meet machining tolerance requirement.
